Ok here to install the audio in pretty tricky, your model is design for vista so to install audio for windows XP we need to do some work. Foloow step below:

1.Install MS-UAA first:
both ms-uaa sp33867 and kb888111 are similar files.
Windows XP SP2: Download (SP33867.exe)
                              Download (KB888111)
Windows XP SP3: Download (KB835221)

2.restart and then install Audio:
(there are two applicable audio driver, SP39671 and SP41500 i recommeded  use SP41500.)
IDT - High Definition Audio Codecs (SP39671)
Download (ftp)
Download (mediafire)
or
SP41500 Download (ftp) - recommended
Download (mediaifre)

3. The installation of IDT(both SP39671 and SP41500) will resulting in error. Don't worry continue to install it manually by follow the guide here:
Manually install Audio Drivers.

 Before downloading and install this driver, i would like to outline several things. First windows 7 is Driver friendly OS (only for new model), which mean some of the driver already installed, so here is some important thing:

1. Noramlly the drivers need to be install is: Graphic (SMSBUS), Card Reader, Infrared, Quiclaunch, Modem and Toucpad.

2. Other Driver like sound, if you heard sound, no need to install audio. Similar to wireless and other, if they work no need to install.
