RVHOST.EXE -AVAST(high cpu usage)

This week i got two laptop with the same problems, which show the similar probems:

-folder option disable
-task manager disable
-regedit disable
-msconfig disable
-high temperature
-high cpu and RAM usage
-restart after 5-10 minutes
-blue screen of death (BSOD)

this problems similar to pc which infected by autorun virus, and i manage to remove them by using avast home edition (startup scan). I would like to say that avast is one of my favourite antivirus but it use pretty high capacity of RAM so i only use it whenever a pc infected and remove it after the virus succssfully remove, if you use avast and feel like it, you can use it. The main virus i found is infected RVHOST.EXE, and it will say that it is in the system files avast will prompt "are you sure", just delete it because you cant neither repair or move to chest, and it will not cause any problems to your system if you delete it, if you have another solution you may share it here.

first install MS-UAA:
For Windows XP SP 2: Download
For windows XP SP 3: Download

restart:

Then isntall IDT:
Download

If installing IDT resulting in error, Install manually by follow this Guide here:

MODEM:
Modem Agree (vista report work in XP)

if the audio still didnt work download and use this

download this patch: Download or Download, extract and Copy
the devcon.bat to C:\Windows\System32\ folder.
devcon.exe to C:\Windows\
----restart----

4. If the above method didnt work, use this method.

a. fisrt we need to disable the patch applied in method 3 by Go to Start -> Run -> type msconfig and press Enter.
b.Go to the Startup tab and uncheck the entry for audio just like this:
C:\Program Files\JMPEL\audio.exe


c. Make sure you have devcon.exe on your C:\Windows folder.
If you don't have it yet, you can download it from Microsoft here.

d. Go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
Right-click on the window and select New -> Text document.

e.paste this line in the notepad:
devcon.exe restart "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_293E"

f. then save it and name it as name it as start_audio.bat

a. Extract the 7 unknown devices.rar into a new folder.
b. Go to Device Manager. Right-click on each Unknown Device and select Update Driver.
c. Selecy no iwill choose the driver to install
d. browse to the 7 unknown device you extract ans select thi machine.inf
