-make sure MS-UAA installed in Device manager, restart and install IDT, if the sound disappear after resatart try following method:
1. Use force method to install driver, click start, right click on my computer and select manage, then select device manager, look at the audio with yellow mark, right click and select install from a specific list or location- select dont choose i will search driver to install-next-browse to c:\swsetup\sp39671
